We interviewed current and past patients, donors, and volunteers in order to understand the needs of each persona. This, followed by going into a deep dive of their current web analytics, led to a deeper understanding of what content patients and caregivers need in order to feel comfortable staying with Transplant House.
Developed a multi-channel content strategy based on existing digital and print content with suggestions for improvement based on user research.
After determining both user needs and the best way to structure the information in an approachable composition, we iterated on several layout concepts.
Instituted a softer color palette approach with the introduction of “homey” textures and patterns to create a sense of comfort for patients and caregivers, allowing us to visually communicate “we are here for you in your time of need."
